I'm delighted to receive so many positive responses and e-mails about my heart necklace and I would also be delighted for anyone and everyone to use the idea... in fact any idea in my blog...
To answer Laurie...it is not heavy as the hearts are small.... most being 3/4" or less...

You gave me a thought.
Every year for 3 years, my husband bought me the same heart charm necklace. Finally on the 3rd year I mentioned to him it was the same one he bought for the past 2 years. I never mentioned it before because I know he would be hurt to think he had forgotten. Anyway, I think I'll just start my own heart necklace because in the 38 years we have been married, he has bought me MANY hearts. He says I am his Queen of Hearts.
