The January block was finished once my signature button was attached. The first birds that come to mind now are waxwing, hummingbird, and swallow... Having a new bird to look forward each month will keep this challenge interesting.
This is going to be a fun year to watch. I am so glad I finally got the bird block done - I was so stumped that I just quit stitching for over a year. I finally just went ahead and finished it no matter what and now I'm working on the next one :)
This little bird is heart-stoppingly (is that even a word?) gorgeous! I'm in awe of your stitching talents, Gerry. It's always an inspiration to visit your blog. Happy New Year! xo Donna
He's beautiful! Looks about ready to hop right off the block.
ReplyDeleteI love the gold on white and of course the pearls.
