pain

At the beginning of a fun day with precious grandkids ..about 20 minutes later DH was driving me to emergency in Kellogg. now arm is in sling, hand in splint, large painful  bruising on stomach, and I have a broken rib besides... great pain. results of losing control of my bike and going off the trail onto a pile of railroad ties and rocks....

  4. oh dear it all sounds very painful and I seem to think nothing can be done fro broken ribs you just have t let nature heal them. Sounds a very nasty tumble I am sure you are being sensible and resting, no more bike riding for the time being.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, trust it is not the stitching arm

  5. OMGosh!! Sorry you took a spill!! Good thing you had a helmet on. I've thought about getting one of those new bikes with the really wide tires. Hope you heal quickly.

  11. Good thing you were wearing a helmet. Your head has been bashed into things (like solid objects) too many times already! Hope to hear you are soon doing better. From Utah, Bev
