I wanted my own queen of heart card for my Hearts RR block so here is what I did.... I started with an antique playing card and erased the image. Finding a Mucha (my favorite artist) image, I manipulated it and added a crown and ended with my own playing card for my block. I love photo editing programs...... I'm excited for this RR to get going and want lots of fancy hearts and crowns on my block....

Very good!
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing !! with the computer. I have no idea to do something like this.

Very pretty Gerry! I've never heard of Mucha; will have to google it.
ReplyDeleteGerry, I love your playing card. I love Alphonse Mucha, too, and pieced a snowy landscape last year a la Mucha. It would be fun if we could all create our own Queen of Hearts card! You Rock! Love, Cat
ReplyDeleteWow these are great, I just have a question, are you then going to pint out your cards (and onto what) and put them in your block? it might me logical to you, but this is where I am a bit confused as to what your doing it for..
